Turn on the heat sealer and choose low heat.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"JsGRdQ\"\u003e3. Inflate the balloon with a balloon pump or straw. Pump and straw are not included with the balloon.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"JsGRdQ\"\u003e4.
